Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointment be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Our dermatologists are in very high demand and want to be available for your needs and those of our other patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen and the doctor’s time is wasted.

It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, otherwise a $100 cancellation fee is charged.

If you refuse to honour the cancellation fee, we reserve the right to refuse offering you future consultations.
